The fast GM wagon points to a town-GM based on how quickly it built. However, as someone else said, it could be scum partners were already on the wagon and hopped off as soon as it looked bad.

My town reads are on NPAU. Gotta go with NPAU on this one.

Scripten was revealed as recruited mason, which means the masons have used up their one shot ability. (We can infer it is one-shot from the posted PM, right?)

So, exactly why would you not like the idea of finding out who they are? Two confirmed town would help.

Being in a neighborhood has it's own utility that can be used to confer with each other over game events. It's kind of like a hydra with two votes in thread.

It really shouldn't be claimed unless someone is getting ran up. Just like any other claim.
