It's a lot of gut that I could probably put into vagueish words if you think it'll really help, but I don't think it will.

reck - what about droog's other posts? i got kind of a newbie town feeling from them, like he was actually interested in understand the mechanics and connections in order to figure things out.

Like I told mollie, droog's first two posts felt really NUDGE NUDGE WINK WINK HEY GUYS and it felt really scummy to me. (Mollie called this an Amish tell, I don't know what that means, I couldn't find it on the wiki). I didn't even notice this, but his 162 where he thanks Antihero for answering his question also felt a little too "friendly" (lack of better word) to me. It's also worth noting that Anti answers his questions, and while droog thanks him, he never comments on what it mattered or what it changes.

After that, there's something about his posts that rub me the wrong way. "I don't know how to scumhunt!" and "I don't get why everyone hates ika!" are both really flimsy posts that don't add a lot other than noise and basically absolves himself of responsibility because of LOL NOOB. Mine was almost purely based in gut paranoia from our last game, Sabotage Mafia. ETL pulled off this huge gambit and completely blindsided the entire game (she won the fucking Best Scumteam Scummie for it last year because of how incredible it was). This is the first time I've played with her since then, and in that game I started out reading her as pretty town, so the fact that mollie had said "ETL is town!" already gave me the heebiejeebies, because I know how tricky ETL can be.
