Presuming she has 7 balls level 18, the base on her ult would be 1260 add 754.5 from a single cycle of spells so that is 2014.5 damage without ratios on a single target.

Let's presume she has 300 ap. So lets add another 960 damage. So 2974.5 damage pre resistances to just a single target.

That's quite good.

Of course this is in an ideal situation, which isn't likely.

I would caution against hopping into ranked just from your champion pool, but really it's up to you when you 'feel' ready. Too many peeps hop into it, get placed really low, and get frustrated, causing a perpetual cycle of negativity revolving around them when they play league of legends. But really it's just when you 'feel' it.

The more of this shit I see, and the more I see people like Destiny who get carried to Plat and then float there, the more convinced I become that the only foolproof way to get out of "elo hell" is to just get a duo partner to lift you.

Don't forget about only playing one hero 600 ranked games.
Also don't forget how he's been banned 3(4???) times already, so it appears likely that soon he'll end up having to use his almost lvl 30 smurf to try and go back up, but instead of trying to learn new shit while leveling, you're just gonna play draven every game.
Also remember you need to have high elo people who want more stream exposure to duo with you on smurfs.

Conventional wisdom is that Sivir is the counter if you're good with her shield.

Unless something has changed Sivir doesn't have enough easy to land(see:consistent) burst to deal with Caitlyn, and Caitlyn still has 150 range on you. You can outskill Caitlyn as Sivir, but by and large Caitlyn should just shut up, farm, and hit the Sivir occasionally.

If you want to beat Caitlyn just run at her and kill her early(although be very fucking careful about how you apply this advice). She isn't going to out burst shit.

With respect to the Caitlyn suggestion, how do I make Caitlyn still matter after 30-40 mins? I feel like her late game damage has been underwhelming most of the times I've played her, which is why she's been one of my least favorite ADCs.

Caitlyn is great late game. She absolutely has to teamfight/siege cause she doesn't have the burst or crazy steroids other ADCs have. She just has 650 range and a ton of right clicks and repositioning. ult is generally either an(extremely, like you better make sure your ass can respond quickly enough if you open with it.) safe opener, or to pick someone off at the end of the fight. just right click from 650 range and don't die. seriously don't die.

I'm starting to question the value of maxing frostshot on Ashe second, before I was leaving Hawkshot as a 1 point wonder but more and more I'm being underwhelmed by frostshots effect given the sheer amount of mobility in currently played champs. Hawkshot on the other hand is really starting to grow on me when leveled up for how often it's up.

b. take general mental timings when you do something well. watch the vod to see why you/your team did whatever it is well. when laning watch for times you could have harassed AND cs'd instead of doing one or the other. Open up LOL's match report and check dragon/baron timers, and see where/how the other team moves around the map during times they re-spawn(provided vision is there). basic mechanics shit. idk shit like that is pretty basic vod watching stuff if you want to watch vods for improvement.

Q at Max level with just the 'base' damage and shield gives you 120(0.2) damage and 110(0.2) shield. The auto at level 9 gives you another 60(0.5)+(1.0AD)

meaning youre getting 180(0.7ap)+(1.0ad=77damage at lvl 9) every 3ish seconds at level 9 with a 110(0.2ap) shield. And with the Q upgrade you get dat beautiful beautiful MS for 2.5 seconds after which your Q will essentially be up again.


I guess getting the auto is the big must for Q max, but idk when you get the Q upgrade the MS makes it pretty simple.

you won't 100% get the AA damage off the Q but when you spend your first 1000 gold on the hexcore Q upgrade and you get a 2.5s MS buff that basically lasts until your Q is back up again... it's not so hard. but you actually cannot *miss* a Q.

They've been the biggest game in the world for like 3 years now? That's fucking insane, and we still have all these stupid fucking bugs that FRUSTRATE people NEEDLESSLY. We don't have a replay system either. Like fuck.

I think a lot of people don't care about a lot of things, they just want a simple hassle free way to play league of legends.

Honestly she should still be able to beat Graves in lane(and Lucian, tho thats not all *that* shocking atm), it's just she's a fucking clusterfuck of a champion that has no real driven strong point since BT got changed.


Seriously what they need to do is make her ULT scale with ANY kind of AD, and lower it's CD to something like 100/90/80. Possibly take away the impure shots damage away, and lower the base damage/max damage a little bit.

Secondly they need to make it so when her W is active she gets a movespeed buff equivalent to the max amount of her passive(70) and have it decrease the same amount that it increases normally over 5 seconds. It probably would be better to have it gradually decrease over the 6 seconds, but for right now her passive takes 5 seconds to charge up, so why not 5 seconds to charge down?

Her Q is basically perfect. The mana costs are janky as shit, but who cares.

Her E is fine, but it'd be cool if she could cast it while moving ayy.

There are basically 3 playable tanks right now (Anub'arak, Diablo, Stitches), a few playable Pushers (Sylvanas, Vikings), and a few damage dealers of high tier (Jaina, Illidan, Valla, Nova (?)). Supports are ok balance-wise. Playing any non-healer not on that list puts you at a severe disadvantage.

That said, Anub'arak, Jaina, Malfurion (a healing Zyra) and Valla are super fun, so I've not gotten too grumpy yet.

Jinx and Ez fill out two different roles for adcs.

Ez can carry pretty fine, it's just more noticeable with a strictly right click-full crit building adc to see the carrying.

eh. ez helps turrets from w'ing his team to give the dat atk speed. he gets sheen procs to take towers down. he's super safe taking towers. comparing other adcs tower pushing to jinx is semi disingenuous since shes the queen at destroying towers. like past 25 min if you kill two enemies, that could easily be multiple towers. shes just really good at taking them *when theyre completely free, and she can minigun that shit*

minimizing allies dying is one of the last things anybody playing adc should worry about. *shrug*
