Advance Wars Upick(21/21--Replacements always welcome!)

This is a Upick game for up to a maximum of twenty-one players. The way it will work is, I will be running signups for seven days, and, if we have not hit the player cap by that time, we will start with the number of players who have /inned at that time(if 15 or higher), or, if less, signups will run until fifteen has been reached.

This, while unlikely, may be subject to change during generation of the setup. In the event it does, it will be minor and you will be informed of it.
-Due to some potential game mechanics,

I am disallowing hydras

from signing up from this game.
As this is a Upick with a fairly small pool of characters,

I ask all players to submit four COs

upon signing up for this game. If you are unfamiliar with the source material and still wish to play, a list of COs can be found here. It does not matter if you choose characters from either the main series games or Days of Ruin.
-As a special addendum, yes, everyone loves Eagle and Hawke, but if you all submit the same character, well, that wouldn't be fun! If you are too lazy to even choose four, simply tell me as such and I will fit you in somehow.
