So we only have one scum, and 3 non-town roles who shouldn't have claimed because they didn't know the town win condition, yaaay.

I'm assuming there is scum because I usually work on the default idea that there is scum in a game. Now that you bring it up I suppose it's possible we just have a third-third party role as of yet unclaimed, but it amounts to the same thing, still comfortable lynching siv.
