I thought about this when posting the comment.
You mean you're not a dashingly handsome, Brazilian, hall of fame magic player?

I am, but was in disguise as none of those things (except I play Magic) I guess this secret identity is ruined.

Awesome decks in awesome formats, that's what!
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Spot on.
Had a sweet deck with token makers, glorious anthem, burn spells and young pyro, but 2 loose keeps and a dose of bad luck made me lose r1

Went 2-1 with mono-white Human aggro in cube last night, outraced mono red in round 1, made a joke of Naya midrange in round 2, and lost 2-1 to Vedalken Shackles / being on the play in the finals.

Anyone have a list for a good budget cube in the $200 range? I just taught my friends how to draft and they want to keep doing it, and I figure a cube is the best way.
It only has to be 360 cards as they are 6-person drafts.

You could pick up a fallen empires booster box for 145, and keep on redrafting it.

The limited resources cube is a commons/uncommons cube with a few rares thrown in. It's designed to feel like regular limited and imo its quite good.

Probably can cut a few cards:
Sun Ce, for instance, is like 40 bucks for no reason and could easily just be replaced by any five mana unblockable or flying 3/3
Nothing else looks exceptionally expensive except for sylvan library, but thats only like 20 bucks and is an effect you cannot replace easily.

Or you could do what I did when I first started my cube which is proxy the whole thing out and then replace proxies with actual cards as you get them.

I'm definitely going to start by proxying the big stuff, but I'd prefer as few proxies as possible. I completely forgot about the LR cube, thanks.

I've drafted the LR cube a couple times, it's really really fun.

This is my group's cube. It's pretty okay, but I disagree with a few things that the owner's done(mainly, included Storm, which is really parasitic and easy to draft). Mind Twist is also really unfun, but I know it's getting swapped out for Booster Tutor soon(we're in the process of upping it to a 500ish card cube).

Went 4-3 at my PTQ; played what felt like a relatively powerful Jeskai deck (Herald of Anafenza, Mantis Rider, High Sentinels of Arashin, Kheru Spellsnatcher; not played: Narset) but was lacking in removal other than basically one Kill Shot and a few tempo plays (Crippling Chills, Force Away) and lost the first two rounds before rattling off four straight wins and closing with a loss in the last round. A last round win wouldn't have even likely gotten me into prize support because there were so many X-2 players and my breakers were so awful.
