I have a record of playing a game for 4 months and i was the only original player left at the end of thatgame out of 25 players who signed up.

Isn't this basically semantics though? Like you're holding up the fact that you optionally left a game as opposed to just not saying anything until forcereplacement as a barometer for you being a great mod. The only thing this communicates, aside from uneasiness about your longevity, is that you understand basic manners.

Majority of my replacements were when i couldn't play due to work and travelling and for family emergencies. I have been in the site for more than 2 years and i have played nearly 70 games and my replacement were not more than 5%. (includes few force replacements due to temp ban). Anywayz, this is not even the topic of this page so let's drop it.. I was only hoping to tell that credibility can only be learned by giving opportunities.

And what needed to see in a person is their commitment not flaws. It is easy to pin point a black dot on large piece of white paper from what it shows than the empty white paper.
