Marathon Weekend (Closed until next marathon weekend)

While waiting for an admin to open the forum, I might as well ask for feedback on an activity ruleset for if/when I mod something this weekend.

Activity Rules

Replacements

if needed pause all deadlines until one is found.

Day:

• Each day has a maximum deadline of sixty minutes.
  
• If five minutes pass with no posts, deadline is automatically shortened to fifteen minutes remaining.
  
• The mod has the right to shorten the deadline at their discretion, as long as there is at least a 15 minute warning.

Night:

• The mod will send a mass PM to everyone alive at night start.
  
• Each Night has a maximum deadline of fifteen minutes.
  
• Night may end early if two conditions are met:

A:

All active PR's have submitted.

B:

One minute has passed after the mod notices that players have picked up the night start PM.

Game Specific Information:

Mostly just a reminder to myself to include the link to the Wiki, since I'll probably be sticking with opens.

The admins were probably just busy with Post-Christmas stuff. It will open eventually.

And I'm just hoping that no one is actually going to have to get replaced. I'd probably say prod after 10, replace five minutes after that, though for marathons it's probably better to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Where is everyone? I haven't participated in one of these for a while, but usually there's at least someone around.
