First rune spawns are now both Bounty Runes that are twice as effective (50/50 gold/xp to 100/100)

the patch had a ton of notable changes, not just hats
they keep buffing and nerfing heroes and I don't think they will ever truly believe that their heroes are balanced. I understand it is impossible to match all the 110 or 112 heroes skills vs infinite possible correlations from fights, spells, items, position, etc.
this is all okay.. But No free hats
I hated the nemesis event. It was unfair and people were forced to buy the PA arcana. I rather like DireTide and Frostivus than this changes.

Oracle is a godly hero but he is another one of those cursed heroes of mine that I can't win with. Hell, I even managed to lose playing with a Warden 4-stack (maybe because Warden was our carry earth spirit but still XD).
