I will look at egg again though my partner agrees with my assessment mostly (but thinks egg could be scum). We both think ABR is basically the most town in relation to Bankai's modkill.

I disagree that it's impossible for a 3rd scum to consecutively vote a wagon on a townie. It's happened to me before and sometimes it is done knowingly (thought I am doubtful of any kind of coordination for the scum team this game)

At the time of Bankai's modkill ABR voted Bankai immediately after Sera did, yet Bankai calls out Sera. Even if he were pissed off at Sera I believe that he'd fuck over the both of them at that point.
