Okay, so I know a couple of these, but they feel like they're high-scorers. I'm going to hope that
Keanu's 1994 movie of Speed
is the most obscure of the... maybe 4 up there I could guess.

I'm going based off the show... they do one round of clues and one round of freeform.

Tbh, I was expecting the freeform round to come first, but I've only seen like 2 episodes, max.

While you're doing that one, I'll toss in that I'm pretty sure Dustin Hoffman's is
Tootsie
.

Ugh, this one is rough for me. I don't watch the Olympics, nor am I cery good at Geography.
I'm in a relatively safe spot right now, so I think I'll try for... Germany. 100 Golds sounds like a lot, but I think Germany could pull that off.

Good enough for staying in the round, I suspect.

Okay, so I'm guaranteed to stay in the game, which is definitely a load of stress off of this question. And I can't possibly get a 'better' position for later questions by beating xofelf, but maybe, if I get below 18, I can avoid being last in the next round. So there's a goal for me. It seems to me that these questions were asked to a british audience, so they'll have the most awareness of european countries, and besides, a lot of the surer answers in that area are gone now. In fact, Italy was my go-to second option up to the point that someone else snatched it. So I think I'll try for something elsewhere.
Summer Olympics. It stands to reason that maybe some african countries could do really well here, especially in track categories, but on the other hand, I'm not sure if they've participated in enough games to have that kind of showing yet. I think I'll try for something in asia, so maybe China, India or Japan?
Ehhhhhhh..... let's try Japan.

Goddamn! No, I don't think I can do
that
well, but since I love me some Shakespeare, I can tell you that Valentine and Proteus are the names of
The Two Gentlemen of Verona
. That ought to be close to single digit, I figure.

Gotta thank Studio Ghibli for knowing their names, but Homily, Arriety, and Pod are The Borrowers.

OH SHIT. DID YOU KNOW I TOOK A YEAR OF ART HISTORY?
Yeah, I know all of these, and it just comes down to figuring out which of these would be hardest to place... which I'm like 100% is Bernini's The Ecstacy of St Teresa, in Rome, Italy. I can't remember the name of the church it's in, but hell, that ought to be a good sign.
Oh yeah, and that's D, obviously. Pretty sure xof can guess the rest of them, but I'm really hoping I found the hard one.

Harald Hardrada, who came back 400 years later to try again for the crown. Fuck, I know nothing about that era of british history.
