Replay ability is basically that it can't be broken?
Can setups be semi-open?

That is called beaking the game. It should fall under balance.
Now 80% of the score is decided by balance, way too much imo. Is there any way this can still be changed?

I like anen's setup. It is PR heavy but cannot be broken by massclaim, at least not initially. It has a strong WIFOM factor involved.
