This. This is exactly the point I was trying to make with less good words.

To be fair, we came out as poly much in the same way Reck came out as gay, and credit a lot of that to the site. Most of my time on this site has been exploring my ability to be publicly poly and not feel judged for it, actually being able to coach/guide others to understand what it means to them as well. I'm not the first or only one who's done it, but most titles aren't 100% unique...just catering to that being the first thing you think of when you think of that user, or that particular pun, or etc.

Like...a lot of people like the suggestion of a newbie queue related title for Mina, despite the fact that she's not the first one...

Not that I think any suggestions for me should have anything to do with being an actual MVP based off of one team-based game. I just figured I'd clarify why it feels weird that people think that's diminishing me to some "small" part about me when they can't think of anything else for which they know me better, and can't attribute that same quality to another user.

My title noms have never been approved/supported/accepted as "good noms" and look at when I joined. Alternatively, I've disliked several title noms (Metal Sonic's for example) for older scummers just because I feel like there's something more suitable for them or I know them by something more commemorating. Join date has nothing to do with liking or disliking a title.

If it has support, it has support. Who cares. It's a fucking title.
