I think part of this is on me, I expected my doc claim to hold a lot more sway than it did (somehow) and thought it would be enough to conftown myself. Instead of bullying Wickedest to re-read, I should have been working to change his mind. I don't know that I could have voted fitz in the end, though, although Aristo's plan to out him made sense.

In hindsight, it should have. But once I thought I found a scum slip, I stuck to it and tried to justify all the things that (in reality) indicated you and Kop were town. I had a horrible case of confirmation bias this game... Never been so ignorant.

Boo to flakes (1st mod included).
Condolences to town who at various points in the game were on the right track but could not convince others to join them.
Apologies Wicked for incorporating you into my claim. You are always a town read so I was glad to be scum this game and KNOW what your alignment was rather than be town and have to wonder.

There was enough poor play/lurkage/oversights by town to help scum get the win. At the end...I hoped one of massive/Kop/Aristo would be glad enough to not be the day's alterrnate FF wagon to be willing to consider voting someone other than FF.

Glad scum failing to kill N3 didn't come back to cost us. iirc I think we were discussing killing random so our kill wouldn't have worked anyway do to massive's protect. But it still messed with us (me at least) to have not at least submitted it. It made me not even consider the fact there could be a doctor in the game when a kill didn't occur. So when claims started to take place and massive did claim doc...it threw a wrench into the claim I had lined up to make. But the risk of proceeding with my claim was a still a good move I think. For a brief amount of time it was looking like my claim was going to backfire. So whew.

Hey guys, I'm really sorry for bailing like that. I rolled scum in 3 concurrent games and it severely burned me out. I'm glad the scum team won.

I have a few regrets with this game but I think I learned a thing or two.
Scum, good game. I wanted to lynch FF so badly and should have stuck with it.
Fitz, nice claim. By the end, I'm not sure if I would have lynched you.

I think I will stick to my guns a lot more when I feel right about it, because I was 100% sure I had the team nailed in that one post and was right, but got cold feet I suppose. Switching to Kop is something I should have known better than to do, as Drunk me made clear.

Oh well!

Thanks to all the players and replacements, and to N for not letting this die!

Long-ass game, but I did enjoy it!

It was incredibly frustrating havomg figured out the scum team in the last day. The correct play would've been to no lynch then have having fitz "hide" behind aristo. Scum team played well, town (including me) played awfully.

The game was over, FA. Fitz was the scum roleblocker so the play would have been to kill and block massive (he did that on the previous night with rando) and then the game would have been over from there so nothing was ruined.

You don't know that for sure. There could have been another power role keeping mum, hoping to set a trap. I know it's unlikely in this scenario, but it's still a good general rule for a dead mafia to not out their scumbuddies in the thread before the mod has called a game.
