If I town read the person, I'm not going to hammer them. If it's Day 1, and I am not getting townie vibes, and they are already at L-1, why not hammer them? Give me a good reason why I shouldn't hammer someone Day 1 who is null-lean scum who everyone else has already put, and seemingly okay with, them being at L-1?

checking in a bit, still tired from the marathon and late nights.

i like grayfox's posts a lot, only has 3, but 3 of high quality. that's a town read for me.

agree that kaboose's reaction to the claim is not the best reaction, i'm not sure whether that's a scum read. it's my first large game here, i don't see the need to make sure a list and endorse someone as town. to "confirm someone as town" seems like something scum will do since scum knows who's town, so they can easily "make" someone town.
