In post 101, Kaboose wrote:See, the flaw with your odds is that you forget the game has to be balanced with at least 5 town to 4 scum. That plays a part in it too.
In theory, yes, but keep in mind also, that it might not be four SCUM, but four ANTI-TOWN. We could have a werewolf, an alien, a mafia, and an SK, which would mean four anti-town, but one mislynch not spelling death. So while yes, theoretically we'd need majority, there could also be, for example, 4 town, 2 mafia, a werewolf, an alien, and a SK, which still keeps the anti-town from controlling 50% due to their individual factions, but overall, neither do we.
Or maybe I'm completely wrong there?-

According to the greater idea page Kaiser linked earlier:
"The Alien faction has only a one-shot factional nightkill for the whole game. The faction was designed to appear rarely but have powerful role actions."-

It'd actually amuse me if you started calling me Endoperson.
You are now Ewok... Or wait, that says Endo-person, not ENDOR-person.
Whatever, hi Ewok!
I'm also game to hammer TIP if CMM doesn't.
P-Edit: Kaboose? Would you like too explain that?-

I know that, I just still don't get why he is surprised that he didn't die if the shot was fake. I don't get it
I think he's saying he's surprised Kaboose didn't react as though he were gonna die.-

No one should really catch slack from a D1 hammer, half the group had a vote on him. He got to L1 for a reason. Not like I killed him all by myself.
In post 371, Kaboose wrote:And hell I didn't even kill him...
... What?
That's scum. There's no reason to post THAT as town. I swear, holy crap that's scum.

I'm inclined to think Draynth is making a bold scum gambit by claiming his kill.
Why are you inclined to think this?
Three reasons:
1) We already saw CMM use his role- there was no reason to kill him as scum because he was basically a VT, whereas Kaiser's role was up in the air, and he could have had something more powerful.
2) Kaiser passed up Werewolf Mason, which is anti town. The odds were that he'd rolled something town opposite it; it's something like 20.5% likelihood of rolling two anti-town roles, IIRC, and those numbers are pretty low.
3) I'm leaning town in Edosurist, and Xay is likely town based on the math in #2. TIP is null, and knowing there has to be someone anti-town remaining, you're the most likely candidate.-

In post 397, Draynth wrote:So basically you think I'm scum overall as opposed to scum claiming the kill, they're two different things IMO.
Also 3) isn't true, I'm pretty sure you're the anti-town role
Why?-

i also don't see how this means it's a scum gambit?
killing Kaiser because you thought his role was anti-town may be the truth, but the odds of him being anti-town are highly unlikely, and you obviously didn't consider it when you made that kill.-

After rereading? I'm still not comfortable with Dray's decision to kill Kaiser when, in all likelihood, he was town. See the math in my previous posts. However, seeing as TIP voted, either it's not LYLO, or one of them (TIP/Edos) is scum.
