She is literally performing fellatio for money right now. I am not joking, it is happening. If you think there will be any economic difference between her and fucking rand paul you are wrong. Her stances on social issues are also so safe a mediocre that I can't be bothered to vote for her.
Eh, yea, I really don't know who I'm voting. It's the first time I've been able to, so that's kind of new.
I really kind of just wanted Chris Christie, but that's kind of down the shitter at this point
Hillary is OK, but also hasn't really wowed me or done much to make me see her as a president who's going to be any different (besides being female, o/c)

Before he became bridge-mafia don, I mean. I feel like he'd be a stronger leader foreign relations wise, mostly.
I'm also an independant and don't really lean either direction, because I honestly think going into an election with the ideal of "I will only vote this party" is sort of silly; if you like some of what the candidate on the other side is saying, then keeping an open mind is really the best thing to do.

I think north and south Dakota will settle their differences and become one big Dakota before either of those things happens, unfortunately. Political gridlock is real, folks
Actually though, I suppose a third party would create much more gridlock

I agree with this.
Here's the thing. People should believe what they want to believe in. That's totally cool. If someone told me they would force all Americans to believe in evolution, I would not want them to be elected, even though I MYSELF believe in evolution. At the same time though, I feel as if a president who has a very strong belief in one religion or one specific way of life like that is probably going to run that country as if that is the only correct way of thinking.
Basically, I'm saying that that last question about "does god send you messages" and some of those answers really alienated me from some of them, and I'm pretty religious myself.

The difference is that Huckabee should be allowed to believe in whatever kind of marriage he wants, but he shouldn't be allowed to force that belief on an entire country. Laws should be made for safety and protective purposes only, and gay marriage isnt going to anyone in danger.

Sometimes I see the name of this thread as "2016 U.S. Monkey Election Thread" because of OP, and then I think, wow that's also not that far from being accurate
Fiorina is completely untrustworthy with power. She would bring America to ruin and create instability in the world. I actually liked her before she got into politics.
Christie is a complete joke. A career politician who doesn't believe in anything he's arguing anymore.
