I feel pretty good about my status as impossible to interview! The fewer awkward questions I have to answer on my way to conquering the world, the better :D

You're allowed to have one units for every supply centre you currently own. If that means you can build (which it does, you've gone from 4 to 5 so you can build 1 unit) it has to be in one of the supply centres you STARTED the game with, and you cannot have two units in the same space.

Oh, as for the seas... I don't particularly want to overestimate the usefulness of either unit type, but given Austria's largely land-based I'd say armies are my priority right now.
