[Burning_Earth]

Nomic is a game in which you make the rules! All of them! We'll just start with these rules.

Unchangable Rules
1.The moderator, in addition to being a player, will keep track of any rules and proposals. Any proposal or rule that the moderator has not acknowledged does not count.
2. No rule can contradict a current rule directly or indirectly, or remove all win conditions.

Changeable rules
1.The game starts when 5 players, including the moderator, sign up. Others may join later, but they start with no points
2. Everyone starts with no points, the first to accrue 100 points wins.
3. Rules in the changeable rules list may be added, deleted or changed if a majority of players support it.
4. Rules proposals fail if they do not get support from a majority of voters within one week
5. If a player does not post for one week, they are removed from the game.
