Sure. It's the highest form of identification in the country, and usually qualifies as 2 forms of ID whenever you're required to have "at least 2 forms of identification".

Yeah, when I was applying for my most recent job, 2 IDs were required but passport filled both requirements.

I don't remember how much I paid for it, it was a long time ago. I think they have like a 10 year expiration date.
