So, uh, barely a month after I quit being a force for good, I'm joining the dark side on Monday. I've been given an entry-level job in "discussion derailing," and my job will basically be to boost the amount of butthurt on internet forums.

Of course, I'm going to keep it off MafiaScum (unless I genuinely believe in the superiority of my troll, if you like), but I'm looking for some advice.

Do you know any good places on the web to troll--big forums preferably with relaxed flaming rules, or something? Should I be upfront about my role in this, or is it better to build a reputation as a respectable member and keep dropping subtle references to trigger warnings? Do I buddy up to moderators and administrators, or do I just relentlessly troll and circumvent whatever bans I get?
