The problem with a no-lynch here and trusting Aristophanes to make a kill is how many things can go wrong:

1. If he is town, he could have his kill stopped in any number of ways. A lack of second kill would make him be lynched.
2. Worse, if he is town and he
   kills
   town, then it's game over: him killing town, plus scum killing town, equals scum outnumbering the town. We trade town majority vote on who to kill for a single player's instincts on who to kill.
3. If he is scum, he
   may
   not be able to prove the kill, but he could use the chance to put himself in a better position, especially with scumbuddies' help. He could either claim the above ("my kill failed!"), or he could claim his kill succeeded, and the
   scum's
   nightkill failed.
4. Worst of all is the possibility that he is scum,
   and
   he can make an extra kill.

All of these make a no-lynch sub-optimal.

Except for the fact that I'll be dead as well tomorrow when I blow up...

6. Probably something else but I'm forgetting things. There is literally no downside I can see to the NL plan. I will be dead. A scum member will be dead. The scum kill target will be dead. We will finally have info.
7. I almost forgot, make Ami claim tomorrow when I flip town, then lynch it for lying about the guilty on me.

(I have a crackpot theory that Scum!FS and Scum!Ami discussed claiming the guilty on me, and Ami misunderstood, thinking they were supposed to do it. FS then jumped in and Ami didn't have a fakeclaimable Investigative ready, thus their dancing around the claim so much today.)

You claim a result on N1.
One of you is lying, and thus is scum.

If I flip scum, you are town and Heat is scum.

However, if I flip town today, none of this matters as the game ends with a scum victory.

I assumed FA is town because if she is scum unlynchable you need a town jailor with execution ability or a town vigilante to counter her. If there is no town NK ability then FA would have no counter as scum. I guess there is nothing preventing this but I would have assumed that a balanced setup would try to find a counter to everyone.

Also, while typing this, I realise my own argument has a flaw: FA herself said that she is not unlynchable every day ...

...and I can blow up at night, in theory taking her with me, if this was your thought process.

In addition to why we shouldnt no lynch, I'm going to claim. I'm Luigi. OH WHAT, NO COUNTERCLAIM? I'm a great investigator and ghost hunter and can gather objects from characters to give me their flavor. Night 1 I got the crown, n2 i got a windup key. And yes, the mod also told me to which character these items belonged. It was just for flavor.
My role also states that IF King Boo is in the game and targets me at night, I immediately die. I don't know if there is a King Boo in the game, I don't know if there would be restrictions on this character even if it was. The point I'm trying to make is that the mafia could get two town kills tonight and win.
