I believe he is lying personally because a town role cop isn't that useful, is it ? Why would you try to be a town role cop ? Unless you tried to be a scum role cop and failed ?

Personally, I don't think delaying a hammer will help. Simply cuz I have been basically universally scumread this game. Aris prob. won't say anything interesting & Kat would use this as an opportunity (assuming he/she is scum) to get pressure off.

I can relate to some of his bad choices, for example I thought tree stump was neutral.
I asked the mod but didn't want to wait, I don't like to wait for a game so I sent my choices and discarded tree stump, I didn't realise it could be town. So Ircher defense kind of makes sense to me, plus unless he wifoms, a scum would have prepared a better defense ?
Maybe he only lied on the result of the random part chosen by the mod ?

I discarded VT and used Rolecop/Were Bodyguard for Role. The other two was alignment
So...you decided to be:
-A werewolf bodyguard (!!!)
-A werewolf rolecop
-A town bodyguard (okay)
-Or a town rolecop?
...Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, don't buy it.
The werewolf combinations don't make much sense, and I also don't buy that you'd be okay with randomly being town or scum.
