Is Gorkington electing to attack me because I'm an easy target to single out because I was extremely vocal last day about not wanting to trust a SK. There is A) Nothing wrong with my mindset, and B) If I was a SK I'm pretty sure that letting Aero live the day would have been in my best interests since keeping Aero's fakeclaim under wraps keeps people guessing and believing he's the SK and not me. Me pushing his lynch as a SK would have warranted me with nothing but the risk of what Gorkington is doing now. So not only do I think that Gork's reason for voting me doesn't make much sense, but I also think that "SK Hunting" is very silly and people who selectively hunt types of non-town factions are pretty meh. Gork wanting to keep the focus on a SK hunt would take the focus off of looking for the last mafia player or for hunting for non-towns, which is more productive.

Now if you, Gork, can't understand that, then I feel sorry for you.

So we had pre game talk, and I came up with this idea to confirm our alignments to eachother- I posted a link with: time.gov/HTML5/ and told him to sync time with me.

Since he was online and we were posting back and forth, I set a time 7 mins from the itme I posted the link. I said we would simul-claim our Map to Skywalker Bonuses, and that would make me feel a lot better about him (I was inside Reck's head and there was no way he'd share the bonus of the other person's role, not would he even make scum neighbors in this game anyway because of flavor but I was gonna follow through on my brilliant idea).

Apparently pidgeon was phone posting so he fucked up the simulpost.

I posted alone my bonus, which is that pidgeon's alignment would be revealed to me.

BUT I PHRASED IT IN THE QT AS: "your alignment will be confirmed"

he posted like 2 mins later with a very rushed post "alignment confirmed" with typos and shit.

Now, if he had HAD a post ready it SHOULD have said "revealed" or something, but it looked VERY much like he had just copied what I said and faked the whole "oops mistimed the simulpost".

So I actually had a secret scumread on him, but I told him he was town so scum might keep me alive and I could make the epic last lynch on scum and turn on him.

But we all know that's not how it went.


SO he thought I was town as fuck because I posted it FIRST and, him being flipped and confirmed town-had the same map mechanic as me so I was confirmed to him even though he really wasn't confirmed to me because of the timing.

And yes scum are going to chime in and say "YOURE NOT CONFIRMED WHAT IF SCUM COULD HAVE HAD INFOZ"

look I get it, Im not conftown. But if you don't have a townread because of the PROCESS I went through and the mindset that's clear, well you're just fuckin blind or scum.

i will admit that a second groupscum faction kind of makes sense to me if venmar isnt fakeclaiming.
but i feel like there isnt enough town power if so and trollie's role seems oriented towards wrecking specifically the redteam, so unless the redteam had super ridiculous abilities, i dont see how that would work balancewise.

It was a mixture of laziness of not wanting to type it all out, and 2 not even necessary at that time since there was no likelihood of me even being seen as scum, most people (mostly sscum prob) were just like "NO WAI CONFTOWN? HOW!?" and wanted distractions that I didn't feel the need to give out.
