There are good reasons to withhold such information. Maybe it's not conclusive, and so you: don't want scum to know or think you're a PR; or, you want to trap potential scum in a lie. But, it then makes no sense to say you have information and will talk about it later.

No. It should have been kept quiet, or fully disclosed. In my first game here goodmorning was scum and coasted for a couple days on a vague soft claim which was pointed out by her scum partner.
