Ness' V/LA came at a very convenient time, and flat out doesn't make sense.

I'm sorry? Last I checked, tomorrow is less than 48 hours away.

Not to mention that in #237 KAAG says Ness was still on hours after the V/LA was declared. Could have been a browser left open, but ness just climbed to the top of my list for scum, because of that and the other reasons I mentioned. He also seems to be playing kinda frantic, which was mentioned before by others.
