How do you take your mafia skills to the next level?

I've been here for a few months, but I don't feel like I've gotten that much better. Maybe I'm a little better at reading people, but I'm still bad at getting people to believe that I'm town. Im not sure what I should do to improve faster. Help?

Professor types have more trouble getting townread IMO than emotional types.

People always say that my posts feel artificial even though I'm being genuine. So if I don't try to look town I'm scummy and if I do try to look town I'm still scummy. Could tell me more about this professor and emotional type thing?
