Not sure if this means anything to anyone but I am not attacking. Please don't attack me and give me reason to break current peace treaties. I'm sorta bummed that I don't have an easy place to expand to anymore. This is mostly for Matt who has 2 fleets for whatever reason.

I would also like for Ani to not move north with his fleet so I don't have to worry about being backdoored. I am avoiding the english channel as a sign of good faith. The one move I am making is to bal so I can help support someone into the last resting spot of Germany (sorry OGML).

If you take Rumania we can p much do both, now that I'm looking at it. I prefer the teleporting Tank method because it's easy to reverse.

Radja of Sevastopol having given total control of Russia to TheBreeze, allowed TheBreeze to crown himself as 'The last Tzar'. TheBreeze then attacked Bellaphent in Budapest, while covering Sevastopol and St. Petersburg with his armies from the highlands

- TheBreeze crowned himself to be 'The last Tzar', but clearly he cannot control Radja's forces (prior to assimilation), without the people in Radja's country knowing about it. And they were happily tweeting about what was happening to their troops, which made the Generals of Radja follow their Leader's earlier orders over TheBreeze's last hour changes.
