I checked some threads that I started to see if the autolock was live yet, and the autolock option is available for a mafia discussion thread that I started, but not for the game that I'm modding in Road to Rome or any Private Topics that I've started.

Good catch. I'll have a fix for this tonight. Game moderators & private topics use some workarounds to enable locking confined to specific threads in their forum.
