~22% doesn't seem high to me
Like sure I can see how you wouldn't see it as low
But it's definitely not high, considering the context (I believe given the surrounding comments) was to do with whether or not I was frequently mislynched, lynchbait, etc.
Also, I never said it was an insult, so I'd love if you didn't project.- Davsto

what does this even mean and how does this lead to you voting bulge?
It means that I am questioning Bulge's alignment.
It didn't lead directly to me voting Bulge - it was part of voting Bulge, for the reaction and all. Oh, the aforementioned shiggles too.
Two scum, L-1 on town, one scum can quickhammer and then flee the fuck out of there. It leaves it open for a scum to quickhammer and then be unable to be guessed. It's no riskier to scum than any town player being lynched. In post 269, zMuffinMan wrote:a side note: i don't think the threat of l-1 is that big a deal... yeah scum have a flee but when they have almost no idea where the majority of town is going to vote, that seems somewhat suicidal
And you honestly think in this game, where it takes just one accusation for a scum player to lose, they'd collaborate with their partner to snipe an L-2? Also, not reckless. Jeez, I always count how many votes are on a player before voting if it's a high amount. In post 277, KuroiXHF wrote:In post 266, Davsto wrote:In post 263, KuroiXHF wrote:In post 257, Davsto wrote:Did anyone on the Bulge wagon act like it wasn't crap

Stupid isn't the word I'd use. Reckless is.
Plus, two votes in a game this size isn't a lot. It's easy to snipe that hammer on.
He was NOT "nearly lynched"In post 303, KuroiXHF wrote:...obviously, if we need to learn about everyone else here so we know who is scum, we need time. Bulge was almost lynched within the first real-life day. How the hell do none of you see an issue with this?
"Nearly lynched" implies that someone could easily have been lynched if things had gone differently - Bulge was in very little risk of being lynched by anyone but a pure idiot since I made damn sure he only got to L-2 and he was unvoted to L-3 extremely soon after that.

Obviously, it's not all scum. Scum's numbers are incredibly overwhelmed by town's numbers and can only hide behind anonymity. Obviously, scum couldn't have amassed that huge wagon without help from town. Even if many of these people are town, they're engaging in scummy behavior. Some of these town don't know better.wasn'tscummy. Large wagons like that, presuming they won't get lynched, is incredibly pro-town, because some people are super good at getting reads from reactions from stuff like that! That's why it happened.
We don't need useless personal arguments in a game with only 14 days in it thank you very much, cut this shit out.In post 386, Quilford wrote:In post 382, KuroiXHF wrote:Yes. I could shit myself and suck some titties, but that would be irrelevant to the game, much like your reply.

When? Give me links. In post 422, KuroiXHF wrote:Davsto, considering I've seen wagons like this go from nothing to a full lynch within a couple hours,
Nada. Bulge didn't react to the wagon. Like, at all. I'm getting a slight scumlean on that because I'm leaning towards that being her avoiding saying anything to avoid bringing negative attention to herself.it's anti-town. Like I said, anti-town is pro-scum because only scum benefit from it. Bulge divulged nothing. This doesn't mean that Bulge isn't scum, but it doesn't mean he's town either.
Again, not reckless. Reckless would be "HUR DUR IM GONNA VOTE BULGE WITHOUT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE NUMBER OF VOTES". I think every player in this game is competent enough to actually pay attention to the votes enough to not vote when it would be bad.Like I said, it was a reckless bandwagon,
So... the reckless ones were the one that voted for a reason? Rather than the ones that voted for a laugh? This seems backwards.and I'm only considering reckless those who engaged in the bandwagon because they thought it would do something useful - namely, you.
I mean, two is the entire scumteam, so scum aren't gonna quickhammer two votes. Again, you're borderline insulting the skill of people in this game by assuming that they're stupid enough to just let that get lynched, when paying any sort of attention to what happened would pretty obviously display that is not true. And yes, nearly lynched. They needed only two people. In a game with a larger number, two isn't a lot.- Davsto

In all seriousness though, what was the point of posting a list of all players alphabetically? I assume it was a readslist that failed because you forgot to submit, but then why did you not post an actual readslist after?
This seems... the wrong way round? I expect people to be more unsure of their reads like "hmm which way is it" on page 3 of a game when they've probably only seen a number of posts below 10 of any player, whereas in a 90 page game I'd be a little sceptical of someone that unsure and doubting. In post 480, Quilford wrote:Maybe in like a 90 page game that's been going on for over a month and there have been several unexpected flips it would look a bit more in place, but on page 3 of a game that's less than 36 hours new it is completely out of place.

Tbh I'm as caught up as I'm going to be, timezones and having to have normal sleeping patterns with exams in less than a month is really a bugger in this game (post 474-619 were all made while I was asleep, to give an idea). In post 498, Gorkington wrote:

I think that, like me, he just finds it weird that you find it odd that someone wouldn't have solid reads page 3 - I know I definitely had 0 solid reads by then and any attempt at trying to figure out people's alignments would probably be along the same line as Reck's.In post 500, Quilford wrote:Anti, I do get what you're thinking to some extent but I just heavily disagree with it and I would prefer people listen to my side of the story. i hate it when people do this.
While my votes on Bulge and hiplop started off as bandwagon votes, they both evolved into proper votes, particularly my hiplop vote because he's really bugging me as scum now for, well, obvious reasons.OKAY.
every single.

youve made.
has had nothing behind it that i can see.
yes?
every vote has been framed as a bandwagon vote.
Wrong! I pretty explicitly stated a scumlean on Bulge at some point! Plus I clearly scumread hiplop, and I think I've hinted at scumreading Kuroi even if I didn't explicitly say it (I definitely said "take Kuroi of my no-shoot list", and I've probably said stuff since then).yes, youre questioning things.
but we're X-days in now [i think like 5?] and you havent espoused a single read from anything youve questioned/pushed besides the no-shoot reads i forced out of you.
I mean I haven't gone "bandwagons are cool I guess" I've pretty explicitly stated why I believe bandwagons are good and the reads I've got from the first of them, and that I now scumread hiplop (although rather independently of the bandwagon).youve essentially voted because "lol bandwagons are cool i guess" and "lol u suck kuroi".

Andthenstates that only one of us is scum for ? reasons so he can't be voting Quil because he thinks that Quil is my scumpartner so there goes the only reasonable explanation
And then when people ask him a bunch of simple questions about it all he ignores them for a shit and nonsensical post at me before just disappearing.- Davsto

It's super scummy on the surface, and frankly there is no way for me to dig deeper into it until hiplop explains himself.
I'm not going to waste time stretching my brain through all the (likely crackpot) theories to try and figure why he would do that as town when I can just get him to do it and narrow down the possibilities.
Until then, the vote stays.- Davsto

talk about bulge scumread more please?Dav wrote:While my votes on Bulge and hiplop started off as bandwagon votes, they both evolved into proper votes
is it just the lack of reaction thing you were talking about before?
Pretty much.
There isn't really much else to read into in a player that has 15 posts, around half of which (being generous) lack any sort of substance at all.- Davsto

Your vote would put him at L-1 I think, so I'd recommend not- Davsto

If we hit scum in this, we get all 12 of us town win, and both scum lose. It also doesn't require you personally to get the scum right, just the town majority.
If we go into the second round, the town player that is lynched has lost, the chance of hitting scum goes from 2/16 to 1/14 and the likely easier to have found of the two scum players has gone, you have to have your top scumread personally right or you lose, and even if you get it right, if you have the most number of people thinking you're scum, you'll lose anyway.
It's much better for us to lynch scum in the day than it is to go into the second stage.- Davsto

Like within the last... 3 pages
You have:
Made various unexplained and questionable statements about your reads, some of which appear to clash with each other
Ignored at least 4 simple questions aimed at you about them
Disappeared and then come back with a LITERALLY OBJECTIVELY WRONG STATEMENT that anyone with half a brain reading the game would never have made
And yet you have the fucking nerve to act likewe'rethe ones playing badly, and complain that we shouldn't be scumreading you?- Davsto
