My first reaction to it was that it seemed like you were misunderstanding what Jaack was saying, but honestly when we get two or three posts removed from what somebody was originally talking about I start having a hard time understanding what people are saying (I think oftentimes it has to do with people's use of words like "that"). So I may benefit from going back over it and trying to understand it more clearly.

OK yeah I looked back at it and I don't really understand what you were getting at. The first post was Jaack saying he didn't think you, as scum, would push so hard on a weak slot (desmond). The second post was him saying that you were pushing desmond D2 instead of xyzzy, and therefore it would make sense for you to be xyzzy's partner.

I don't think he was calling your push on desmond scummy in the second post.

? Going into D3, I thought that you were town. I gave my reasoning for thinking that in 1620.

With the knowledge that you are scum, I can look back at previous days and look for things I missed because I was thinking you were town when they came up. It would be lunacy for me both continue believing the stuff I had thought about you prior to your fakeclaim while scumreading your for it. I changed my mind that Dunn was town. I thought he was town in the first quote (1620). By 2062 I thought he was scum.

I still don't think that it's a particularly good play for scum to push a town slot so hard, but dunn has shown that good play is not his forte.

I will say that I might have been giving too much weight to the pressure that dunn had received D2 when I put him into my town pile in 1620. Two of the three slots that had been scum reading him D2 (zach and fzd) are now dead, so he would not be anymore scumread D3 than any of the rest of us on the fzd lynch.

my apologies for not posting the last couple days—I've been pretty sick on top of some personal life things going on, so I've been awake a total of about 24 of the last 72 hours. luckily there wasn't that much reading to catch up on.

I don't see how Dunnstral's claim could've possibly been made as scum; we can argue about whether it was a good move as town as much as we want, but that's irrelevant if there's no good reason for it to be done as scum. I don't think it was, and I don't think there's any reason to believe it was.

I'm going to focus on rereading toolenduso's ISO in the next 24 hours or so, as he's the player who I feel most neutral about at the moment.

Jaack is like third on my list of lynch priorities today, I'd rather do Creature or xyzzy. I agree with much of this post. I'd add something, but it's mostly covered. The reason I don't wanna vote dunn is to get more people posting after I jumped in and more reasons on why Jaack wasn't lynched yet. Even if town, his actions seem very scummy.
