It is different because literally his whole Iso is below. He is not trying to sort the game, progress it, or build an understanding of anyone. He is just poking at Severa.

Nothing is very sorted yet, but Severa, Duppin, and yourself are townier.
Pista is scummier, with leans in that direction for HA and maybe Yoshi.
