Notes

"Damage" and "Absorb" might get removed by an ability that will remove passive effects (forexample Sandking Ultimate).
If she cast Refraction at night , she may not use the damage passive, her absorb passive will stop the first night kill attempt on her .
If she cast Refraction at day her Absorb might stop any day kill attempt or the lynch. After a lynch on her when Absorb is on , the game won't advance to a twilight and the night will start.

Meld is a day ability and won't effect the nights.

If she cast Refraction while she is hidden because of Meld , the Meld effect will be removed.
For using the twice harmful vote she need to cast a vote during the Meld is activated. If she cancel her Meld , her next vote will be normal.
If she cast refraction , then she cast Meld , her next vote will be harmful as 4 votes (if she has no gifted votes or vote removal effect). for that she needs to cast both abilities in the same cycle.

Psi Blade will work like this: For example think Player A is voting Player B. Templar Assassin will vote player A. The vote count will be like
Player A (1) : Lanaya
Player B (2) : A , Lanaya
instead of Lanaya it will be the player name. if any effect is increasing the effect of her votes , they will only effect the vote on player A.

All pick and Random Draft will be checked for balance before assigning roles. The priority list will be chosen randomly and there will be no garntee for people who signup faster to get their favorite heroes. Still No balance will be guaranteed , but anyway . we will try!

Notes

For applying the effect of the mana break , the last VC will be considered (end day VC). The wagon his name is on is counted. Not the wagon he is voting on.

The mana void will force the wagon to stay in L1. the effect will be removed if he unvotes / change his vote.
The number showing how many votes are on wagon will be showing the L1 state. for example player A is already voting Player B. Player B needs 6 votes to get lynched and antimage use his ultimate on him , VC will be like :
B (5) : A , Antimage
if A un votes and vote B again , They can lynch him.

Making a Tether will duplicate all the abilities casted on Io to the person attached to her. Any unique tergetter (like redirection abilities or Bounty's Track will be redirected from Io to her target as her target is the last person these stuff are casted on)

She may change the spirits mod from Spirit-In to Spirit-Out or vise versa. The spirits will remain until their completly used. Io may resummon - and basically recharge her 5 spirits (they won't stack and the number won't go further than 5)

Before making a Theter she may not cast Overcharge or Relocate.

Casting Overcharge is not counted as an ability casting , it has no cooldown , she may turn it on /off multiple times. while its on the tethered person will be notified about gaining an extra ability to cast - if they did not already casted an extra ability using Overcharge -
Overcharge extra bility will be used first (for example before Crystal Maiden's Arcane Area) so if the targeted person is under effect of over charge and Arcane Area and they cast an ability , and then Io turn her over charge of they may still cast their extra ability that is caused by Arcane Area.

As Town Her Relocate will put her target hidden from any actions behind another player in their slot. (some abilities might effect all the people who are in a slot - like magnus shockwave) she will redirect all the casted abilities on her to the hidden person becuase of the Tether relation ship.

As not Town she will be acting like a witch , forcing people to change all of their targeting casted abilities targets to the one Io decides.

I will work / check / consult / redesign and change some of the heroes , probably.

Notes

She can only be tethered to one person at the same time. she can break the previous tether at any time. if she makes a new tether the old one will be removed automatically.

All the effects of Thether ability and the overcharge will be removed if IO dies.

solo yes. but in this setup there are so many vote related abilities which started to freak me out as well. his ability as it stands is not auto winner for scum him in lylo , simply becuase of all these other mechanics around.

currently there are 24 heroes in this setup and if I simply add 6 more the game can make a 3 choice Single draft version as well.

But I'm not going to rush that. I'm going to ask everyone to start reading and helping me in finding potential game breaking situations / wordings in pm's / not clear mechanics / game breaking combo's and stuff like that.

about the voting thing I mentioned before I will make a table and start calculating stuff to see if there is a reason for being afraid or not.
