As a reminder, newbie players should be given priority for newbie slots. I never set specific restrictions on what "priority" means, but many games seem to wind up 75% experienced players by the end of D1, so I may do so in the near future.

As another reminder, once again, experienced players are not allowed to /in for newbie slots under alts.
