The only thing you have achieved with your reaction tests btw is getting people to claim roles. Role fishing can be null, but in this instance, your condescent, borderline apathetic (?; probably wrong way to describe it) attitude along with the fact that youdont care at all about who you vote and claim its reaction testing yet not giving any useful information on why one reaction is scummy or not, etc. makes me think that the role fishing is also scum-motivated. Note how subtle you are being about it too; that adds to my opinion.

I'm not discounting the chance one or both are scum, but my intuition says that based on the setup so far, there is a good chance both are town.

It's setup spec reasons cuz I think the game may be reasonably balanced even if not completely, the flavor DOES suggest they share the same alignment, and town feels REALLY WEAK right now.
