hello and I'm sorry to be your IC for today

the best strategy in tic tac toe unfortunately takes 4 naughts/crosses, so if we do that we have to be certain that there's mafia in there. I do not think lynching me will be a good strategy; you're sacrificing a lynch for a marginal strategic advantage

My strategy is keep upper right corner alive. If scum don't kill IC then we'll win from tic tac toe. If they do everyone in bottom left dies.

This is the best approach, I think. If we can all agree on a corner block with three townies, we can lynch the opposite corner and force the other six players to be killed. Worst case scenario is both scum are in the block of 3 and we lose, meh scenario is a 2-1 LYLO, best case scenario is autowin.

What do people think of {lane, GL, javajoe} as a block? Unfortunately I'm not all that inclined to believe in town!java

So in my last bunch of posts I accused Joe of having missed a point in his strategy, but actually rereading it he's corect given the assumption that he's town.

I'm way more comfortable assuming Lane is town than Joe, so I'm just modifying his strategy so that we lynch Joe and force scum to shoot Lane rather than the other way around. Either way we're lynching Elmo today.

Given that this means I die tonight, I can't convince you tomorrow to follow my strategy. So I'm not voting until I see a consensus that Lane is townier than Joe. I'd also like McMenno to tell me his feelings on Alpaca vs. Lion.
