The way I thought was like this:
Strike is out of the question even if you're using Hallowed, because Drive, Burst or even Vanishing destroy it.
Dash and Grasp are discarded.
Burst was the card I guessed, which in hindsight was an awful choice - Mikhail wants to get close and wail on Seth, not run away.
That leaves Drive and Shot. Given that my initial instinct was to play Burst, and you know this, I figured you would think Drive was too obvious an option and go with Shot.
I find that a lot of people like to play Shot at range 2 against Beyond Eyes for some reason!There's nothing that says that a fake can't beat the real thing.
