Whether they are or aren't is irrelevant. Millers are vig bait and become the obvious sacrifice for lynching on later days. D1 is not the time to be worrying about a rogue miller. I have played some games that were ruined by beating this topic to death. I can't remember which one(s), but it feels like it's happened several times.

One I do remember though is a game I ran, I don't think it's on my wiki because I think it got lost during the DB crash about 4-5 years ago. In that game, there was a death miller. In his PM, he would immediately die and lose regardless of outcome if he revealed the death part of his miller-ness on D1. I'm not saying there is or isn't a death miller in this game, because I'm not playing guess the setup, but this is a bastard game and there are basically 2 claimed millers at this point, and based on my own personal experience, not only in the game I ran, but also in games I've played, there are death millers around these parts occasionally.

So, let's say we run Ank up today and he flips scum. We learn nothing, because he could be a death miller that's really town and no one will know because it wouldn't be revealed until post game. No meaningful associations there. Ank stated a "hated" part of his role and that leans towards the negative. I don't think I'm reaching too far on this. I picked Ank for this illustration because of the negative. A death miller is a negative.

So, let's say we run one of them up and they flip town. Wow, they were a miller, just like they said.

There's better places to put our D1 focus.

More time to let the whole wingdings thing set in a little. I was tunneled on Narna(Pepto) being the translator and I think I missed something big that House was getting to.

1. Not really relevant, but the original wingdings image seems to no longer be available. The relevant part is that it was posted by skull.
2. PerV was following along with what I said, leading to him producing a wingdings image of his own. After House pointed out he believed the creator of both images was the same, I looked and I did find it a little strange that the font size and color seemed consistent in both images. This image was posted by PerV, not skull.
3. Before presenting his image, PerV answered my question with "I know what I think" and then proceeded to showing why he thought what he thought by offering up the image in his next post.

And I will grant that I at least saw Gamma hint at SRing Magna before that vote, but Creature provided no reasons and seemingly had him listed as non-scum in a previous reads post.

Yes I TR Narna, because she doesn't feel super-opportunistic, like her predecessor. Even then, I had trouble seeing Pepto as scummy so it wasn't very hard to become a townread.

Not that I feel "hasn't been super-scummy" is a good reason to TR someone anyway, but now that I've read his ISO, I disagree on Narna's opportunism. Look at Narna move from his top SR to Nahdia in 2067 when there's a wagon on her (not scummy in and of itself), then never interact with her (this is where it starts getting scummy) before moving on. I've already said that I felt the wagon on me was opportunistic. Narna's jump was especially opportunistic, as there's no sign of him SRing me before then (he had me as null with "I like his reads" before) and he's jumping from the wagon on McMenno, who's been his top SR up to that point, to me,
