Why are titles such a big deal instead of just something fun and not serious. From what I gather, (I wasn't there), it seems it was more whimsical in the past.

What is going on may only be described as... title filibustering. Ultra strict guidelines, why? Seems almost... entirely arbitrary!

The evil title bureaucracy and red tape have gone too far.
