How do you intend to handle things when endgame approaches, and finding warm bodies to fill all three roles is hard? Specifically, the Jury cannot be composed of people who are Judge or Executioner. The possibilities for no-wins, awkward mechanics, and weird interactions increase the fewer players there are.

By all means, don't reveal your decisions/thoughts on my (or anyone else's) comment here. Discuss it with your co-designer(s).

+1 to concept

It'll happen, Z. Someone will get run up quickly, and derpishly use the gun to prove themselves Town. I doubt it'll add the dimension you're expecting.

Maybe make it two-shot, can't be fired twice on any given day. Or maybe the gun and bullet are separate, and a separate vote count has to succeed for it to be loaded.

Actually, I feel that site meta has gotten pretty scum-sided, so I would think of a Town-sided setup as a refreshing change of pace.

Pre-in. Whatever you come up with, I want a piece of it. Hell, if you're looking for help, I would be interested in helping to design and/or mod it.

Sickofit and I are in the early stages of designing a series of games based on Shakespeare.

Also interested in running a game I don't remember the name of, but each player can submit any PR action each night, and it will happen (disregarding roleblocks of course).
That would be fascinating. You'd have to define some parameters of what actions are acceptable, though, or you could get some crazy shit happening.

Just do me a favor and focus on historical POTUSs rather than recent history? Ford or Carter and earlier. No need to provoke divergent opinions on recent presidents.

I'd say Nixon-Ford-Carter are the most recent whose administrations have settled firmly into history. Reagan is respected by many on both sides of the spectrum, but his legacy is still debatable. I could (but won't) argue either side about him. The prior three? Not as much.
