I wouldn't know, I never played anything like this before but I'm always against keeping things like PR to yourself unless it's absolutely nesscary. I think the same logic applies to the cards.

He called kisons Maria vote, which was clearly more than just rvs, a joke
But then calls vifams post abt Maria serious
And then goes on to somehow build the narrative that scum would let something if they randomise cards

We're at 1:4 standard but with the +3 makes it a town-lean game (by numbers which are normally then balanced by roles of course - but this is madness so the balance didn't happen in conjunction with the # decision by the mod)

I can't help but keeping thinking that scum are at a decent disadvantage in this game and am trying to reconcile the balance of it - help appreciated. The best I can come up with is it will be harder to find them because they are fewer, but, that's not really reassuring to me. "great, we get to make more demoralizing mis-lynches!"

I think the +3 comes from the fact that there are multiple ways to die in this game. Fruit vendors can basically become psuedo vigs if people with allergies claim

It didn't read serious to me and then he proved me wrong by providing his reasoning. One of the reasons were okay for me. Maybe I'm bad at reading tone.

The balance of the game depends more on getting the right info out at the right time and optimal direction of night actions. That's why listening is really good and word choice is important. Beyond claiming if there are missing cards, we shouldn't claim anything until it can be done safely.

Claiming missing cards determines who knows what and limits on roles.

If town are higher up, this serves as a natural buffer in some respects.
