52 cards in a deck, times two is 104

everyone picks 3 cards, 23 * 3 is 69 so 69 cards max

43 cards are left, and we know we started with 104, so that means 61 were taken (104 - 43 = 61)

69 - 61 = 8 cards that were picked by someone in the bet but they didn't get (could be one person per card, but someone may have missed 2 cards and only have 1)

It's math that determines how many players failed to get cards. Pregame, the deck had 104 cards. The mod then removes all the cards bid on to make the bidding process. There were 43 cards (including the queen of clubs) at the start of the game. That means we can determine how many cards were passed out. We subtract the current deck size from 104 to get how many cards were dealt. That's because Full deck = cards remaining plus cards dealt. We get 61 cards were dealt.

We know there are 23 players in the game, so that means the maximum possible dealt cards (no one triple bid) is 69. Given only 61 cards were dealt, we know 8 cards failed to deal.

Remove myself and vifam, that's 6 other duplicated bids.
