Both players in this game are site banned for breaking various mafiascum site rules.

Qc8+ is not check mate, Black can move Ke7 or Kd6
Qd8+ is not check mate, Black can move Ke6
Qe8+ is not check mate, Black can move Kd6 (I was wrong)

White has a clear advantage but as both players have been banned, it's a draw

I'm sorry i thought you were calling check mate and not just check. The move you suggest is whites best move
