I actually had someone else in mind when I wrote the post, but its quite amusing that it caused you to get this triggered for whatever reason. So tell me, why is the post so scummy and why did it suddenly cause you to be this antagonized? Why do you feel so personally attacked by it? Why again so defensive?

I do realize you have me as a TR, but I still find it an extremely scummy post, regardless of who you were specifically addressing, that is the point to me - and as I said (read the post), my initial reaction was a laugh (and I didn't think much of the comment beyond being trolly), and then I found it was scummy upon pretty-quick reflection, not just trolly

and then yep I took a bit of offense even when not directed at me. I think it's because I know I haven't been participating as much as I should (or ideally would be liking to) and I am always one to be suspicious of lurkers come D2 and so I recognize that readily in others, regardless of whether the suspicion falls on lurktown or lurkscum, and feel a bit of guilt in not being more helpful, regardless of you who meant. Those are the feelings I'm coming from.


I don't think my reaction was as bad as you're making it out to be, however, and still have many scumpings / issues with your play that reek scumness to me.

the vote is definitely staying, it just took that little bit to make me look at you closer (you'd been pinging scum but, again with not being fully "with" the game, it wasn't as clear as it should have been until I read the ISO), and that is a good thing, thanks for the helping in the scumhunt of you (okay so that's a little more arrogant than the confidence I actually feel, but, I'm still pretty confident!)

ftr, I don't feel like I've been playing like shit, I've just not been playing even close to near capacity, as, obviously, I've not been playing hardly at all - but obviously activity does not equal alignment

I think part of it (my lurky passivity) is also the # of players, not because of volume of posts, but because of how much to sort in my head - when I barely know most of you and don't know a good number of you at all, it's a bit harder for me to sort while engaged, this passive view is helping, even if a byproduct of other things, but I'm not used to it at all

Top picks would be McMeno & Milkshake for their inexplicable, opportunistic hops on the Drone wagon & overall poor/minimal scum hunting / contribution(though in Milkshake's case I liked MoI). Uzi for his early D1 play, being consistently present but not really scum hunting, large chunks of time where he's present but not using his vote. Poor Drone vote justification despite not being the worst.
