Lazy posting to try and get my head into the game.
First impressions from a quick skim-through of not actually everyhing:
I really hate hydras.
WOLWB is town. Probably Zach too. Less convinced about drealmerz7, his whimsy seems more forced somehow.
The Thinker isn't exactly blowing my mind with their analysis but nothing really says scum to me,exceptmaybe this:
Hydra doesn't know how hydras work? Okay.In post 154, The Thinker wrote:In post 153, Win or Lose We Booze wrote:BTW my partner hasn't posted in game yet butthey've posted in the PT.Scum slip?
No opinion at all on McMenno, he's like a non-entity to me right now.
Jackel98 is either low-effort town or low-effort scum, probably need to look more carefully at this.
Could lynch Algebra as a compromise, but I don't really get the wagon.
The whole no-lynch thing with my predecessor is a non-issue. I've literally never seen an RVS vote for no-lynch successfully used as a tell, and I have trouble believing anyone with more than a game or two of experience can seriously take it as one. Looking primarily at SAP, secondarily at Pine (who seems to have been more making a point than seriously thinking 1SVT was scum).
I'm voting SAP because they seem so focused on playersmisbehaving,so to speak (self-voting or voting NL), even if said misbehaviors don't actually correlate much with flipping scum. It's as if they're looking for justifiable scumreads rather than actually trying to sort.
Haven't really paid attention to anyone else. Someone explain the cases on Algebra and Shaddowez to me.
I'm intrigued by Grey's case on dreal, but need to think about it more.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

Only a few days til deadline and I like this wagon better than shaddowez right now.
Can someonewho is/was on the Algebra wagonsummarize that the case for me?

This reads like dreal isn't interested in actually listening to what Pine is saying, only in making him look bad.In post 731, drealmerz7 wrote:
yes you've done a good job of reframing backtracking and nullifying that slip of acceptance of NL you first showed an inclination towardsIn post 729, Pine wrote: God damn it, I am NOT okay with a No Lynch. I have said so repeatedly and emphatically. I was and am concerned that the Algebra/Shaddowez dichotomy was scum-driven, and I feel a LOT better about your lynch.
Taking an RVS vote for no-lynch as a serious advocacy for no-lynch, even after this is disavowed, is completely ridiculous.
Really liking the dreal wagon. Still don't get the Shaddowez wagon.
Some semi-associative info here: if dreal is scum then Pine is town. (If dreal is town this doesn't say much about Pine either way.)“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

Let me rephrase: which scenario do you find more likely out of (scum!Grey, town!dreal) or (scum!Grey, scum!dreal)?
I feel the latter is more likely. If Grey is scum then the most plausible explanation for his behavior is a hard-distancing attempt that got out of hand when he made his case too well, and left him looking for an excuse to change wagons.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

I looked at Algebra's ISO and decided there was no reason to wagon him. Then I looked at Shaddow's ISO but I got bored before I could decide whether there was a reason to wagon him, so I voted him over Algebra because "maybe there's a reason" > "definitely no reason"In post 761, SickandPissed wrote:wow, that didnt take long
why did you pick shaddow here over the other one? each was L-3

I rarely support policy lynches but fakeclaims like this are among the case where I do. Grey was looking scummy to me even without the fakeclaim, I refuse to let the fakeclaim become a reasonnotto lynch him.
Let's hang Grey.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

Hi, I'm Stephen King, Genius Horror Writer. Using my eye for horror, I can "observe" one player a night to determine their guilt or innocence.In post 1169, Zachstralkita wrote:Speaking of which, can we get flavor name and whatnot @Umlaut?
It occurs to me just now that I don't play a lot of theme games and don't know the current attitude toward cop sanities, but there's nothing in the description of my ability to suggest I'm other than sane. It clearly says guilty means not town-aligned.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

In the event that I wake up dead tomorrow, I'd like the next two lynches to be Jackel and Creeps. Both of these players- have very low rates of contribution overall;
- have not stated any townreads;
- have reachy and poorly-justified scumreads; and
- like to chime in on safe topics like policy lynches and no-lynching that are unlikely to touch the topic of who is scum.

Just went through the votes to verify Pine's was the hammer.
I suppose there's no reason to still argue the point... but it's awfully funny that Pine only just said "maybe there's a redirector" if his role PM suggested a redirector. This was after "he's scum" and "he's either scum or insane".
For what it's worth my result was "Pine is guilty," not "Your target is guilty." Not sure how redirected investigative result PMs are usually worded.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-

I got a freaking guilty on Sick the night I was killed.
I didn't really know what else to do but lock the ghost vote on him at that point. We toyed around with ways of using the vote to signal the town, but never really came up with any solid ideas to that end.“Of course it's my fault. There's no one else here who could be responsible for anything.”-
