I think the fact that Leonshade has 2 votes and AlpacaAlpaca has 0 votes points to Leonshade stole AlpacaAlpaca's vote. I've never played in a game with vote mechanics like that though, is it to be expected that AlpacaAlpaca's lack of a vote is unrelated to Leonshade having 2?

yeah the Vecna wagon is stalling, whether it's because he's scum or because the scum are already on it I'm not sure, but he seems okay. His reads being garbage is something I can see coming from town as well because it's how I'm feeling right now, all I've been getting is weak gut reads. keyXrb, DS are probably town I'm thinking. kraska pledging so early bothers me because she should be more hesitant to pledge to someone whose alignment she doesn't know regardless of her ability. Even if she's investigative or protective (which are the only town motivations I can think of) I feel like her pledge is much too early. If this flips scum and we get the ability flipped as well I think it will indicate a lot about PB's alignment as well, so that's where I'm going for now.

I want town to take my hat so we can discuss our roles and strategy in private. For example, if rb were noble we could talk about what benefits there would be if I pledged to him. Since he's not noble (I think) we can talk about which nobles we think are the most towny or scummy and decide where to pledge from there.

Flavor is NAI for just about every character in the show. There are a few characters like Emperor Charles or Tōdō who are likely to be scum and town, respectively, assuming scum is the opposite of freedom, but we don't even know what scum faction is called yet so even an assumption like that is tenuous at best.

Milly is by no means an "evil" character but that doesn't mean she's not scum in this game. She's also not an active freedom fighter in the show from what I remember unless

her journalism gets to be anti-government later on

Like I get that Alpaca has 0 votes and that Leon has 2, but why doesn't Alpaca count as an alive player, or why doesn't Leon's double vote count as 2 votes towards the total votes in play?

I saw something like 4 players or so saying GE was scummy for some cog dissonance that people were calling bad logic or something, doesn't translate to "universally scumread but people want to keep PB alive" to me. Also if anyone is scum and their partner is town it's worth lynching scum so don't act like the life of any town (barring certain PRs) should be a reason not to lynch them.

Going 1 for 1 with scum is a good trade and getting a PT to find out if your lover is scum is also very pro-town. Doesn't make sense to me that a townie would not want to swap hats with anyone at all, especially a noble that you TR and could pledge to.

what exactly is alignment indicative about a difference of theory opinion, in Rational's case? obviously they don't agree about it being protown, and lying about how one feels about mafia theory as scum simply to avoid a PT that has just as much use for town as it does for scum... it doesn't make sense as a point to scumread them.

There's no good reason for town to avoid the opportunity to venge a scum or at least vig a slot that may need to be flipped for the good of the town. Scum are limited in numbers and would be scared to be paired with town. They would like to pair with each other or with a PR read. Do you think scum, who need to be able to lynch as many slots as possible would want to be tied up to a town slot that could suicide on them if scum ever turned on their lover? Scum have reason to not partner up, town do not.

scum will also always kill a townie every night. They don't need to risk becoming lovers with a townie that might kill them. Town have the numbers advantage and can afford to risk killing another town sometimes if their partner's alignment is ambiguous. Partnering is like becoming an optional Vengeful, that's much more powerful in the hands of a town than a scum because town are weak as individuals already.

Part of the reason I chose to hammer is because my role was weak and I'd be okay sacrificing myself to lynch scum, little did I know that scum would actually steal my weak role
