tbh I really don't like the system of Title fairy at all. Its better to have a appliacation form when people are supposed to put data about what their nominating for in it. chev can announce the acceptable nominies and then ask others to second , third and ...

This will resolve the issue of shit nominating as well and then the person who niminate someone must be forced to answer Chev concerns about suggested title

and the person who is getting a title won't be involved with suggestion proccess
