I SR Painbringer, Davesaz, and the KeyxRB hydra cuz Vecna said he was and I think he was bussing before he hopped on the CD wagon.

I also was SRing Kain and BTD, but Kain is probably town. BTD, eh maybe still scum.
I'm starting to think that CD is a mislynch.

Lets make another wagon happen. CD is scum if CD = marrianne. I know someone that will remove Geass upon the CD wagon tonight. My suspicion is this will kill a scum player while bringing a town player back from the dead. If the geass removal doesnt do much.....the assumption that CD = marriane might be wrong. Either way, its a cool mechanical adventure that id like to see through.

Lets lynch some actual scum.

As glorious and hilarious an outcome as the resurrection of our Lord and Savior ssbm_Kyouko (PBUH) would be, I highly doubt that Geass removal will lead to a resurrection. More likely Kyouko is chilling in the dead thread with a harem of spoilers to tend to his every need.

Besides, the objective of this game is not to dispel scum abilities, but to lynch scum. CD is the leading wagon, but not a lynch that town unanimously agrees upon. People are losing hope in the wagon despite CD doing literally nothing, just lurking the pressure away. Apathy and uncertainty does not lead to town making good decisions, it leads to scum misdirection and shitty compromise lynches. A red flip is required so that town can be united in their certainty in something.

There is no counterwagon that is better than a CD lynch. Mal looks more likely town than not at this point, davesaz I couldn't give a flying fuck about right now, and other names I've seen thrown around I'm either townreading or largely ambivalent about. Even KlingonCelt is a lynch that I didn't even want to do before CD, and now I'm having second thoughts on that. A CD lynch is something that 50+ percent of the town can be content-to-happy about, and for me, personally, the flip will either confirm or debunk a lot of thoughts I've had about the game so far.

You want fun and entertainment? For me, the fun of mafia is solving the puzzle, testing my solution and getting the satisfaction of a red flip. Let me be satisfied.

I'm going on V/LA Friday, and I don't want to come back to find out that town decided to go for a coinflip lynch on some lurker because they got bored of voting for the scummiest player in the game thus far.

CD is also lurking, except CD started lurking after there was heavy pressure on them, and one head of the hydra posted in the topic telling the other head of the hydra to start posting, because the Gamma head is the one that got the slot scumread in the first place so the hydra doesn't want the scummy head posting anymore, even at the expense of participating in the game. This behavior alone is grounds for a scumread, town players are not prone to sacrificing contribution to the game in the face of a scumread. That's certainly not my experience with a town!Gamma, Gamma would be more active right now if he was town.

I'd like to know the real case on CD though.

Short version is that it started from a bad post or two the Gamma-head made during D1. That got the slot pressure, so the Jin-head largely took over the posting duties of the hydra, in a more apologetic/conciliatory tone. The Jin-head also made a veiled threat about what would happen if he got lynched, and close to the deadline, when he was the leading wagon, claimed a Japanese princess who had the "Royal Execution" ability, leading to the first person who would either vig or hammer him dying without a flip.

My personal hero SSBM_Kyouko (PBUH) offered to sacrifice himself and hammer CD, giving his lover keyXrb his claim in case CD was telling the truth. What CD claimed happened.

On D2, we find out that CD is now lovers with keyXrb. This lead to the theory that CD lied about his claim and is instead Marianne, who has the Geass ability to swap bodies with another person upon her death. It would explain not just the change of lovers, but also why the ability causes not just death, but death without a flip (as CD is literally becoming that person).

CD has been the leading wagon for pretty much all of D2, with a quick foray to malpascp. During D2, CD has mostly lurked, with the Gamma head popping up in the thread to tell the other thread to post more a day or two ago.

So some scummy posts, CD probably lying about his PR and a bunch of lurking in the face of pressure.

Interested in discussing the idea of Knightmare owners claiming. It might just be a good idea, since we're going to find out who is going to be in a Knightmare N2 (and going forward?) anyway. Speak up if you think there's some downside to it I'm not thinking of.
