If you're sure the Doc is Town, then one of the investigative roles must be bad. It could be any one or even two of them, since all their action claims have been convenient for them respectively, but matching a Town Watcher with a Town Tracker is even more standard than matching a Town Doc and a Town back-up Doc. Plus, ZZ's claim is the only one allowing for a kill, which is what Scum would want. I don't know why ZZ would choose to clear you, except that he did so

you claimed back-up Doc, though you had claimed an uncontested mom of the Nano (Rachel Matheson) prior, which might make you a 'safe' false Cop claim.

Why are you clearing PV and ZZZX? If I am suspicious because of my role then they should be in the same boat. You have chosen to accept their claims but not mine for no good reason.

Toasty Toast is possibly the one claim that is of serious doubt. He's a 2-Shot Redirector, yet do I find this to be Town? No, because it makes no sense for a redirector that is TOWN to be on the same side as a Tracker, Watcher, a Lie Detector, and a JOAT. Those alone make a redirector more of a disruption role rather than a helpful role.

Also, regarding the investigative roles, it would be very weird for one Scum team to fake-claim Town Watcher and the other to fake-claim Town Tracker. If that's the case, Pere would have to be Red-team Scum and PM Blue-team, since Pere gave us SKOT. Those could, however, be the very roles Jiffy gave Scum for balance though - a Scum Tracker on one team and a Scum Watcher on the other. I still find it more likely for a JOAT to be a fake-claim if some of the investigative claims are bad - unless the JOAT is an Indie Survivor.

The fact we have highly diffused power among multiple scumteams is pretty effective.

That's actually unlikely for PV and PM. PV is pretty much clear. A watcher tracker combo makes sense in a town with largely diffused powers. A town with many ways to heal makes sense in a game with 3 scum kills per night. An investigation immune and night kill immune SK makes sense in a game with as many investigators and trackers as we have.

The largest issue I have is ZZZX holding these claims and positioning himself in a manner that works perfect for scum framing someone.

Anyone trying to claim too many investigators needs to look at the fact we don;t investigate. We claim who visited who. The fact that Sal died and had only SKOT visit him was kind of the key. If 2 people had visited him, then it would have been a different story.

Sorry, I just can't find much that stands out as bizarre. Plus, until tomorrow, I can't think of much to say. I know I've had some stuff to say before, but all of those things I said before I was able to say without having a risk involved like LYLO, MYLO, etc.. Now, I have to REALLY think it through and if I'm wrong, I could cost the whole Town the game, I did that several times already, and I don't want it to happen again, so until I can get anything that I'm 100% willing to push forward, I just can't talk much.

Toasty Toast is an example of what I am willing to push at this point. He claims to be a Redirector, but we have a lot of Investigative AND Killing roles at the same time, so I just don't see Toast being Town at all because of all of the disruption it could cause the Town AND the Scum teams, I would think he's an Independent at least, if not a member of a Scum team. That's why I'm willing to push his lynch.

there be powers to mess with these. Town roles DO NOT have to benefit the town. It is this thing called negative utility. Roleblockers, too, are often town but more often than not screw up town night actions.

So your point has no merit. Seriously your logic gives reasons why there should be a redirector in this game. To balance out the sheer number of powers.

And FYI to the people saying "but we're not really investigative! And we caught scum, so"

1) No. You are investigative. You check someone and see what they are doing. That is an investigation.
2) You can lie to get a lynch on an opposing scum team or to create distancing.
3) Note that I am voting ZZZX. He is the "investigative" role I find most suspicious. The fact that he has put off using his claimed powers further supports this.
