Sotty's counter on Split was solid. That thing: "This seems reasonable BUT here's a list of reasons why you're scummy anyway"
But this line somehow makes me think Split and Hoops are partners. Trying to earn town-cred after getting a lynch or at least good distancing?
Well Chrimi, don't be so offended. I was merely trying to find out what's exactly in your mind.My GTKAS!

In early game, it's not so much for scum-lynching, but more for the game to progress (beyond RVS).
This seems reasonable, but I'm not sure I buy it because you never followed up on it until you were pressed to explain yourself. I also find your case on Elmo hyprocritical because you've admitted that you yourself haven't been into the game and providing content. Besides your case on Elmo, you've just been posting excuses and defending yourself.
I think you're scum.
This seems reasonable BUT here's a list of reasons why you'rescummy anyway.Come on man, really?
Defending yourself isn't scummy, please elaborate why you think it is in this situation. You said he had a case, isn't that more than others have been doing? Why so fixated on hoops for being "guilty" of this?
Vote: split
The "I think your scum" part pushed me over the edge. Just ugh... So fake.
It does seem reasonable, but I don't believe it because he did follow up on it. In his case on Elmo, he is accusing him of doing things that he himself are doing. I didn't say defending himself is scummy, but that's the majority of his posts.
Frankly, it's all explained right there in the post you quoted.-

You don't like it AT ALL, absolutely scummy, blah blah blah. And yet...
What. Are you going to tell us what you saw....???

Wow, that's actually a great point on accident. I forgot Elmo previously suspected hero when he made that PL comment.
You can't really "policy lynch" a suspect, and that wording makes it feel like a really disingenuous attempt at simply killing hero in any way possible.

I should have Put coast. Really I was gaging your reaction to see if you would think i would do the exact same thing I've been called out on this game (IE: Coast) Or do something of worth.

Sorry I missed this before.
Just that I wasn't getting into it much and it kinda sucked. But I'm warming to it now, things be picking up.

Yeah, this doesn't gel. If it is reasonable then it that means there is some truth to it somewhere right? Otherwise, where does the "reasonable" part come in? It's like you put that out there first as if to soften the blow of "I think you're scum." Townies don't often want to soften the blow to people they strongly believe are scum. After reading, I'm reminded that Elmo hasn't been lazy in this game. So what's the deal here?
hoops is kinda hard to figure out. He is handling the pressure on him like a champ but I disagree with a lot of his stances. He seems to be very much a "mafia by the numbers" type player. His tone is overly serious and down to business that is often read as scummy and for some players it can be a valid scum tell. But this could just be the way he is. I'd like more time to unwrap this enigma.
Amrun, why are you being weird in this game?-

It depends on what you mean by "weird," Sotty. I tend to take a different approach to each new game, especially early game.
As for Elmo, I'm not voting him for being lazy at all. I'm voting him for being opportunistic and crying "policy lynch" on a scum suspect.-

Umm, that doesn't make Hero less scummy than he already is.
Admit it, his blatant newbie card played and stating that he just wants to enjoy his Townie-ness is something thatisworth policy lynching.
I don't really see why Elmo's Policy lynch! statement gets him his votes.
But Iamcurious of what Elmo saw in Hoops. and now why he wants Hoops to go along the same path with him is also a mystery. My GTKAS!

What Im curious about is why is hoops worried about one vote that was moved from him to someone else? It shouldn't matter if he was town. I just wanted to get a reaction from someone and I did. Spif didn't notice the vote while hoops worried about it imoStats not in the wiki. I'm That Crazy Panda.

Just because something is reasonable doesn't make it true. I don't believe his reason because he didn't follow up on it at all. He said he was going for reactions, but there's no indication of that in his posting. ISO him and check his post right after his vote on Amrun, just an excuse about why he's not posting. Then he starts responding to pressure on him. I don't see how it's candy coating when I straight up say I think he's scum.
